IN THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING, IT WAS ENCOURAGED THAT ALL THE SPACES HAVE NATURAL LIGHTING, AND TO ACHIEVE THIS, A CURTAIN WALL WAS DESIGNED IN THE MAIN FACADE, AND OVER THE RECEPTION AREA A VERTICAL CUBE OF THREE FLOORS WITH A SKYLIGHT ON THE UPPER PART WAS DESIGNED.
ALSO IN THE DESIGN IT WAS ENCOURAGED THAT MOST OF THE SPACES HAVE CONTACT WITH NATURE, SO GARDENS WERE INCORPORATED INTO THE DESIGN IN THE FACADE OF ALL LEVELS, AND IN THE INTERIORS ARTIFICIAL VERTICAL GARDENS WERE DESIGNED.
AND AS A REST AREA IN THE TERRACE-GARDEN, GARDENERS WERE INCORPORATED THAT CAN SERVE AS SEATS, AND TWO FOUNTAINS WERE PROJECTED, TO HAVE MORE CONTACT WITH NATURAL ELEMENTS.
