The apartment is divided into two areas: the living area and sleeping area. L'ingresso dell'appartamento che conduce alla zona living e zona notte è caratterizzato da una porta vetrata scorrevole tipologia invisibile satinata e da un controsoffitto in cartongesso che funge da contenitore. L'ingresso per meglio accogliere gli ospiti è illuminato da punti luce led e presenta pareti con pitture effetto sabbiato.
L'appartamento si suddivide in due zone : zona living e zona notte. La zona living presenta un'area relax con ampio divano e puff illuminata da una lampada da terra ad arco, parete TV e nicchie e angoli con mensole porta oggetti, libri e/o bottiglie. La cucina con accesso arcuato dalla zona living, presenta un arredo angolare componibile e tavolo allungabile sino a 2,18 m , l'intero arredo è bianco in netto contrasto col pavimento in gres porcellanato effetto legno a creare un'atmosfera flessibile ed ergonomica.
La zona notte è caratterizzata da un orridoio di distribuzione che conduce al wc degli ospiti, alla stireria e lavanderia attrezzata, alla camera da letto con wc - spa e presenta un mini-guardaroba per gli ospiti progettato nella nicchia muraria ed un mini-ripostiglio .
