Gli obiettivi di questo contest sono molto ambiziosi: riuscire a ricavare due ampie zone giorno e quattro camere doppie superando i numerosi vincoli presenti (due sole colonne di scarico presenti, due ingressi ravvicinati, affaccio sulla chiostrina interna da evitare per i locali soggiorno, almeno uno dei due bagni dotato di finestra).
Il mio progetto riesce a raggiungere gli obiettivi richiesti rispettando i vincoli esistenti con l'unica eccezione dell'ingresso. Ho infatti deciso di utilizzare uno solo degli ingressi esistenti ricavando all'interno dell'appartamento uno spazio comune in cui ricavare i due nuovi ingressi; in questo modo si rinuncia ad una porzione di spazio, ma si riesce a raggiungere gli obiettivi prefissati con spazi vivibili e comodi.
Infatti entrambi gli appartamenti hanno un'ampia zona giorno ognuna con divani da 5 posti, zona pranzo, tv, cucina e balcone; ogni appartamento ha inoltre due camere matrimoniali (o doppie) da almeno 14 mq; tre di queste camere hanno la cabina armadio, mentre le camere padronali hanno entrambe l'accesso diretto ad uno dei due bagni presenti.
Come richiesto, due dei quattro bagni presenti hanno affaccio diretto verso l'esterno, mentre per gli altri due occorrerà prevedere la ventilazione forzata. Data la presenza di due sole colonne di scarico ho collocato tutti i sanitari ad una distanza non superiore a 2 / 2,5 metri dalla colonna di scarico; questa scelta permette di rendere realizzabile la soluzione proposta anche in presenza di bassi spessori del pavimento.
Ogni appartamento ha un ripostiglio ed un bagno con la lavatrice.
Dato che lo spazio è prezioso e che nei disimpegni e nelle zone di passaggio non è necessario avere un'altezza dei locali di 3 metri, ho previsto anche delle aree in cui ricavare dei controsoffitti portanti che risultano preziosi spazi aggiuntivi da sfruttare come ripostigli con vari punti di accesso che consentono di sfruttare al meglio questa soluzione.

The objectives of this contest are very ambitious: to be able to obtain two large living areas and four double rooms overcoming the numerous constraints (only two drain columns present, two close entrances, overlooking the inner courtyard to avoid for the living room, at least one of the two bathrooms with a window).
My project manages to achieve the required objectives respecting the existing constraints with the sole exception of the entry. In fact, I decided to use only one of the existing entrances, obtaining a common space inside the apartment in which you will find the two new entrances; in this way, you lose a portion of space, but it is possible to achieve the prefixed objectives with livable and comfortable spaces.
In fact both apartments have a large living area each with 5-seats sofas, dining area, TV, kitchen and balcony; each apartment also has two master bedrooms (or double) of at least 14 square meters; three of these rooms have a walk-in closet, while the master bedrooms both have direct access to one of the two bathrooms.
As requested, two of the four bathrooms have a window, while for the other two it will be necessary to provide for forced ventilation. Given the presence of only two drainage columns, I placed all the toilets at a distance of no more than 2 / 2.5 meters from the drain column; this choice makes it possible to make the proposed solution achievable even in the presence of low floor thicknesses.
Each apartment has a storage room and a bathroom with a washing machine.
Given that space is precious and that in the hallways and in the transition areas it is not necessary to have a height of 3 meters, I have also provided some areas in which to obtain supporting false ceilings that are valuable additional spaces to be exploited as closets with various access points that allow you to make the most of this solution.
