Kitchen / dining space is designed in two versions, in accordance to placement of dining table and your preferences. In first version, dining table is part of the kitchen, directly connected to kitchen semi-island, but in second version it functions as separate dining area. After carefull consideration, I've decided to change places of sofa and TV set, mainly because of entrance to apartment, but also because of usage of space under stairs. In this design entrance is more free, so you can enter open space and not go directlu to sofa. Also you can move sofa from stairs, which still gives you access to bookcase.
