In entrambe le soluzioni ho scelto di aprire quanto piu possibile gli spazi per aumentare luce ed aria. Ho valorizzato il magnifico panorama.
Lo studio è schermato rispetto al resto dell'open space ma è comunque aperto.
Dove possibile ho inserito tutte armadiature invisibili.
i bagni sono raddoppiati rispetto a prima e le docce sono molto grandi, ho trovato posto per una stanza adibita a palestra, adiacente al bagno ospiti e all'ingresso della cucina, ho inserito uno schema della cucina nelle planimetrie, con le posizioni degli elettrodomestici.

In both solutions I have chosen to open the spaces as much as possible to increase light and air. I enhanced the magnificent panorama. the studio is shielded from the rest of the open space but is still open. where possible I have inserted all invisible wardrobes. The bathrooms have doubled compared to before and the showers are very large,
I found a place for a room used as a gym, adjacent to the guest bathroom and the entrance to the kitchen, I have included a layout of the kitchen in the floor plans, with the locations of the appliances
