Vorrei descrivere il mio design, che si adatta ai vostri desideri e gusti, in poche frasi:
Dimensioni dell'area:
Fatta eccezione per balconi e terrazze, ogni piano, compresi ascensore e scale, misura 239 m². Il pavimento della terrazza è di 80 m². Il piano interrato del parcheggio per 10 auto è di 283 m². Ho sfruttato il massimo dello spazio, rispettando i limiti. Inoltre, posizionando il seminterrato sotto l'edificio, ho evitato di perderlo dal giardino. Le pareti sono spesse 35 cm.
Piani:
Al piano terra ho soddisfatto le vostre esigenze come la suite padronale, l'ufficio e la cucina abbinati alla zona giorno. Inoltre, questa zona giorno ha un forte rapporto con il giardino e la piscina. È facilmente accessibile da qui. Le zone giorno sono esposte a sud. Ciò fornirà un vantaggio nel riscaldamento e nell'illuminazione.
Scenari di utilizzo:
Ho progettato il piano in modo tale che tu possa realizzare il cambio di pavimenti normali con una costruzione minima. Inoltre, nella consegna sono inclusi come progetto anche i muri da demolire e costruire.
Posizione e design esterno:
Ho posizionato l'edificio in mezzo al giardino. Pertanto, i giardini sono formati su entrambi i lati e la trama è isolata dalle parcelle adiacenti. All'esterno ho utilizzato materiali naturali, principalmente pietra e legno, secondo le vostre preferenze. Inoltre, le forme dei balconi e dei terrazzi aggiungono movimento all'aspetto dell'edificio.

Area dimensions:
Except for balconies and terraces, each floor including elevator and stairs is 239 m². The terrace floor is 80 m². The basement parking floor for 10 cars is 283 m². I designed the plan in such a way that you can realize the change in normal floors with minimum construction. In addition, the walls that need to be demolished and built are also included in the delivery as a plan.
Location and Exterior Design:
I positioned the building in the middle of the garden. Thus, gardens are formed on both sides and the plot is isolated from the adjacent parcels. On the exterior, I used natural materials, mainly stone and wood, in accordance with your preferences. In addition, the shapes of the balconies and terraces add movement to the appearance of the building.
