Dear client, I thank you for opening this contest, for which the project that I present briefly, is made up of the required architectural program, it has been projected on 4 and a half levels from a basement as a parking lot with 12 drawers, machines, the ground floor integrates interiors and exteriors with amenities such as an events and entertainment room, from a hall that also branches to a Suite with a full bathroom, views of the pool and a large garden, a study area with a large part of natural lighting since all the bedrooms are oriented to the south, in turn levels 1 to 3 are projected under two volumes two types of apartment; full apartment with two bedrooms with views to the south (pool, garden, etc...) and full apartment with three bedrooms with views to the south and east, obtaining greater visual gain and natural lighting, for which special prices can be deducted for each type of department in addition to taking advantage of the free view through balconies and projecting terraces. The last level includes a roof garden plus other amenities such as a kitchen bar, and services such as a shower, sanctuary and dressing room, in turn the special space to the south is projected as a living area with a Jacuzzi mini swimming pool that projects the view 360 degrees with a small projection that interprets a floating relaxation point in addition to the arrangement of loungers, the vegetation provides comfort and an important point of humidity for the stay. The design concept is born from the visuals with an introspective-minimalist style with extensive integration of nature, obtaining gains in visual, climatic and physical comfort. The materiality is proposed for facades of large-format metropolitan limestone porcelain slabs in the light sense, and in the dark brick facades, aluminum louvers as well as white concrete in the case of the north facade, at the same time part of the of the metallic structure and of course the transparency of the crystals, the vegetation is left available but in the same way it plays an important integration....
