ITA. Il progetto prevede la realizzazione di un nuovo fabbricato adiacente ad altro, esistente, della stessa proprietà. I due edifici, entrambi ad uso civile abitazione, saranno messi in comunicazione attraverso un locale adibito a cabina armadio al piano terreno. Come espressamente richiesto dalla committenza, il nuovo immobile è stato concepito come un loft di 7 metri di altezza. L'accesso, dalla pubblica via, è stato posto sul fronte est ed immette in un grande ambiente giorno soppalcato e vetrato. Sempre al piano terreno una porta, dal soggiorno, immette in un disimpegno su cui si aprono il ripostiglio e la cabina armadio, ampliamento dell'appartamento confinante. Una scala interna conduce al piano primo dove si è collocata la camera da letto matrimoniale, una cabina armadio ed il bagno. La zona giorno, al piano terreno, è fornita di angolo cottura ed una grande libreria. La vetrata a tutta altezza si affaccia sul giardino che è stato progettato unendolo al cortile attiguo della stessa proprietà. Nel giardino si è collocata una vasca idromassaggio " celata " da un muro che ne garantisce la privacy. A tal proposito si propone una fitta alberatura lungo il muro perimetrale che racchiude il giardino. A completare il cortile vi è stata collocata una cucina attrezzata con comodo bbq .

ENG. The project involves the construction of a new building adjacent to another existing building of the same property. The two buildings, both for residential use, will be connected through a room used as a walk-in closet on the ground floor. As expressly requested by the client, the new property was conceived as a 7 meter high loft. The access, from the public road, was placed on the east front and leads into a large mezzanine and glass living area. Also on the ground floor, a door from the living room leads into a hallway onto which the closet and walk-in closet open, an extension of the neighboring apartment. An internal staircase leads to the first floor where the double bedroom, a walk-in closet and the bathroom are located. The living area, on the ground floor, is equipped with a kitchenette and a large bookcase. The floor-to-ceiling window overlooks the garden which was designed by joining it to the adjacent courtyard of the same property. A hydromassage tub has been placed in the garden "hidden" by a wall which guarantees privacy. In this regard, dense trees are proposed along the perimeter wall that encloses the garden. To complete the courtyard there is a kitchen equipped with a comfortable barbecue.
