La soluzione proposta si traduce nell'istallazione di una grande libreria in cartongesso, che sfrutta la lunghezza della stanza. Sono state presentate due alternative.
La prima prevede un sistema a "L", praticamente una struttura in cartongesso che segue le pareti perimetrali libere. Nella seconda soluzione, la parete attrezzata si sviluppa solo sul lato lungo dell'ambiente.
Entrambe prevedono una zona tv in cui viene anche inserito un particolare coprifilo, per ovviare al problema dei cavi a vista dei decoder e apparecchi televisivi. Inoltre nei ripiani della libreria è stata inserita l'illuminazione con faretti led ad incasso, per donare un effetto soft e scenografico.
E' stato studiato un controsoffitto che crea due livelli di altezze, si tratta di un'estrusione della superficie del soffitto con l'esclusione dell'area centrale; nel primo livello (quota +2.60m) sono stati inseriti dei faretti led sul lato del percorso libreria con passo di 1.00 m, mentre nel perimetro inferiore è stata ideata una circoscrizione di luce, che crea un affetto soffuso, una proiezione indiretta; nella zona pranzo viene semplicemente montato a soffitto un lampadario pendente, proprio sull'area occupata dal tavolo. Tutto questo perché si è voluto dare la possibilità di scegliere l'intensità di luce richiesta a seconda dell'esigenza.
Per ciò che concerne i colori, è stato scelto di mantenere le tonalità chiare, tintura bianca per le pareti in maniera uniforme, con la sola eccezione per una parete del corridoio (quella sul lato opposto alla libreria) e quella divisoria con l'ambiente cucina; in questo caso la colorazione viene troncata creando un taglio di colore scenografico (questi particolari sono visibile nelle viste prospettiche allegate).

The proposed solution results in the installation of a large plasterboard bookcase, which takes advantage of the length of the room. Two alternatives have been put forward.
The first involves an "L" system, practically a plasterboard structure that follows the free perimeter walls. In the second solution, the aided wall develops only on the long side of the environment.
Both include a TV area in which a particular wire cover is also inserted, to overcome the problem of cables on sight of decoders and television sets. In addition, lighting with recessed LED spotlights has been inserted in the shelves of the bookcase, to give a soft and scenographic effect.
A false ceiling has been studied that creates two levels of heights, it is an extrusion of the ceiling surface with the exclusion of the central area; in the first level (altitude +2.60m) LED handy lights were inserted on the side of the library path with a pitch of 1.00 m, while in the lower perimeter a circumscription of light was designed, which creates a soft affection, an indirect projection; in the dining area a pendant chandelier is simply mounted on the ceiling, right on the area occupied by the table. All this because it was intended to give the possibility to choose the intensity of light required depending on the need.
As for the colors, it was chosen to keep the shades light, white dyeing for the walls evenly, with the only exception for a wall of the corridor (the one on the opposite side of the bookcase) and the dividing one with the kitchen environment; in this case the coloring is truncated creating a scenographic color cut (these details are visible in the attached perspective views).
