L’ingresso avviene direttamente nel soggiorno, dove una libreria a spalla apparentemente alta oltre 6 metri domina la parete di fondo, mentre a desta una grande vetrata ad ante scorrevoli mette in comunicazione il soggiorno con il portico.
La libreria è in realtà ottenibile con costi relativamente contenuti attraverso l’espediente descritto nella tavola “furniture scheme #1” che genera l’impressione di un unico arredo continuo che attraversa verticalmente l’intera costruzione, ricevendo luce dall’alto attraverso il Velux posizionato in copertura.
La libreria è l’elemento generatore della distribuzione spaziale: essa divide nettamente, seppur senza partizioni murarie l’area giorno dall’area di servizio, mentre alle sue spalle si sviluppa una scala dal disegno leggero (si suggerisce struttura in acciaio e gradini in legno) che conduce ai piani superiori.
L’antibagno del piano terreno funge da lavanderia: le due pareti sono dotate di ante scorrevoli all’interno dei quali si possono posizionare tutti gli elettrodomestici e gli accessori dedicati al bucato.
Al piano primo il bagno di servizio può inizialmente fungere da ripostiglio: lo si doterà da subito degli allacci impiantistici, per poi trasformarlo in un bagno quando il numero di abitanti della casa lo richiederà. Nel bagno principale, invece, la vasca è incassata in una pedana muraria ed ha per spalla un mobile che funge da quinta rispetto alla porta di accesso.
Il piano sottotetto è immaginato come un unico ambiente open space in cui diverse funzioni occupano degli “angoli” ad esse dedicati. Abbondante spazio di contenimento verrà recuperato nella parte più bassa della copertura.

We enter in the house directly through the living room, where an open shelf bookcase, apparently over 6 meters tall, dominates the opposite wall, while on the right a wide glass wall connects the living room and the porch.
The bookcase is in fact obtainable relatively cheaply using the expedient described in the “furniture sheme #1” sheet, which gives the impression of a single continuous furniture that passes through the entire building, receiving light from the top through the solar window located in the roof.
The bookcase is the element that generates the spatial distribution: even without partition walls it clearly divides the day-area from the service-area, while behind it develops the stairs that takes to upper floors (I suggest a light design for the stairs, like iron structure and wood steps).
The compartment before the bathroom on the ground floor works as a laundry: the lateral walls have sliding doors behind which every device and accessory for cloating washing can take be placed.
At first floor the service bathroom can be initially used as a closet: we’ll equip it right the way with technical connections and transform it in a bathroom later, when the number og people in the house will require so. In the main bathroom, instead, the bath tub is built in a brick structure and has a closet as abutment, functioning as wing form the access door.
I imagine the attic as an open space in which various uses occupy the dedicated “corners”. A lot of storing space is obtained in the lower part of the roof.
