Il progetto della nuova casa mira a minimizzare le modifiche strutturali e formali sulla preesistenza (sebbene verrà demolita), mantenendo il volume esterno con la copertura a falde e la distinzione in tre piani abitabili.
Il piano terra si configura come open space da destinare a zona living e cucina, ed è collegato al piano superiore da un'ampia scala, nel cui spazio sottostante è ricavato un bagno.
Il piano primo funge da zona notte, con bagno e lavanderia, due stanze singole e una matrimoniale provvista di cabina armadio e bagno privato.
Il piano attico è un piano mansardato con terrazza scoperta, con accesso indipendente dal piano terra. Lo spazio perimetrale della stanza, la cui altezza del soffitto non permette la normale fruizione, è allestito con armadiature a muro. L'ampio open space centrale può essere destinato ad usi diversi: spazio relax/hobby, palestra privata, studio personale (sfruttando l'accesso indipendente), spazio lavanderia. La terrazza esterna costituisce uno spazio scoperto altrimenti assente nella casa.

The project of the new house aims at minimizing the structural and formal changes on the preexsisting one, by keeping the previous volume with its pitched roof and the three floors.
The ground floor is an open space with a kitchen and a living area. The barthroom is obtained in the space under the wide inner staircase.
At the first floor there are a bathroom, a laundromat, two single badroom and one main badroom with its private bathroom and its walk-in closet.
The second floor is a garret with a terrace, and has an indipendent entry from the ground floor. The perimetral space of the room, whose height doesn't allow a normal use, is occupied by ample closets. The central open space can be used in different ways: as a relax/hobby space, a private gym, an atelier, or a laundromat. The terrace is a big uncovered space within the house.
