The project has been designed to meet all customer requirements such as bedrooms, one
with walk-in closet, 2 bathrooms, food pantry and laundry area. And it was also
designed a large
open plan area which includes a relaxation area / TV / fireplace, dining area and snack area / kitchen.
The area opens space
has been designed with a large glass sliding /
folding in order
to confine smoke and odors if necessary, and
without eliminating the feeling of being
in a large open space. This
sliding glass door and folding glass, once opened covers very little space, about 40 cm by 8 cm.
The decor in the main
lounge area consists of a central body, painted in anthracite gray, which provides for the
fireplace and TV, and a custom furniture lacquered white and gray with sliding doors positioned randomly.
As changes in heights
was thought to be nearly flush with kitchen, dining
area / kitchen / snack.
The entrance to the sleeping area and
the food pantry, to maintain a feeling of modernity and minimalism, is via a
flush door without frames.
In the sleeping area have met all of
the client's wishes, master bedroom with large walk-in closet, bedroom for 2 children with ample
work space and cupboards suspended.
