I have designed a floorplan that divides the apartment into all the spaces you wanted: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as separation between day and night areas. You will see that one of the bedrooms has its own bathroom and the other smaller bathroom is accessed through the main day/living area. I have included all IKEA furniture from the IKEA Italy website so that it easy for you to find - I made sure to pick all colors and styles that matched your inspiration images. In order to accommodate this proposed layout for the apartment and the furniture, I had to move a few of the balcony doors around from their current location. I have included dimensions so that you and the builder can see the new locations. This also helped make the bedrooms more spacious in order to fit closets in both.
