The current design projects represent the idea of the division of the property in two parts - 42% and 58%. Each part has a family house designed to be open to the adjacent yard with the most appropriate exposure, as well as to have its privacy. in fact, any property could build a second house of the same type if this is decided later. Given the densely built-up environment of the neighboring houses, this project offers a solution with a significantly larger and more luxurious yard, suitable for recreation and entertainment, while having its privacy. Each building has two main floors. The ground floor contains living room with kitchenette and a dining area, as well as a wide porch opened to the living area and a nice view to the yard to the south/east. The first floor contains two bedrooms with walk in closets and private bathroom, as well as a large terrace. Тhe car access alley is common to both properties and each of them has ideal parts of it.
