We did our best to satisfy your requirements which you have mentioned in the briefing. To satisfy your requirement we have considered following factors.
1- STYLE:
The style of project is modern using light colors and wood to make light and warm environment. We have used greenery on the surrounding walls (page 8) to make much pleasant outdoor space.
2- Multifunctional space include indoor living room/TV room (page 3), kitchen (page 4), cozy corner (page 5)
a) Living room/ TV room (page 3)
Your living room have set in front of the large windows to use the outdoor view from there and it separated from kitchen by a movable TV; in this way, you can use the TV both in the kitchen and in the living room.
b) Kitchen (page 4)
You have the kitchen with a peninsula for a snack or a quick lunch and everything you would need in a kitchen.
c) Cozy corner (page 5)
As you mention that you like studding we have set this space for you to relaxing and studding.
3- Bedroom (Page 6):
Your bedroom consist of 3 functional spaces a slipping area and working corner.
a) A walk-in closet that can hold all the clothes.
b) A cozy corner with a specular view for relaxing and studding.
4- Bathroom (page 7)
The bathroom include shower and whirlpool tub and laundry.
You have mentioned that you like to have a bathroom in the bedroom and another into the living room but you don’t have enough space for tow bathroom; so we have put the bathroom where you can access it from both the bedroom and the living room.
5- Outdoor area (page 8)
We have used the canopy for outdoor dining room and we have extrude it to make an outdoor covered living room. There is some structural reasons for the position of the outdoor living room because you can use surrounding walls and canopy structure to withstand the load of the roof covering.
The sink have removed and reused as a shower as you requested.
