We are very happy to participate in your contest. In this contest, we had two main challenges, one is the low height of the ceiling at the entrance, which is almost unusable, and the second is the location of the drainage pipe of the bath water. In the design, we tried to make the main layout of the house in a section with a high ceiling height. Next to the entrance, we provided a closet for storage and a guest bathroom. To reduce plumbing costs, we envisioned bathrooms and kitchen close together. We placed the kitchen in high ceiling area and made a small island with chairs for daily use in it. In the bedroom we have a large bathroom with a small washing machine. We imagined a dressing room with large cupboards and a table with a library in the bedroom. We considered a fixed ceiling for the small terrace partition. Due to the lack of a roof construction permit for other parts of the terrace, we considered it with plants, sofas and canopies.
