Your apartment has a lot of space potential, so the proposal is based on making the necessary small renovations and adjusting the place to the needs of your family.

By demolishing the closets that are near the access and the living room, the space is expanded and a new room is obtained that is quite spacious, practical and functional, which also takes advantage of its relationship with the balcony. The arrangement of the furniture allows you to comfortably receive visitors, share with the family and play with the children, for example choosing mobile or light coffee tables to free up the center.
At the entrance to the apartment there is an entrance cabinet where jackets, bags and shoes can be left when entering and thus be able to maintain order and a clean image.

In the center of the apartment the laundry room, a toilet and sink are located so that they work perfectly for visitors and thus they do not have to use the children's bathroom. There are also storage furniture for the apartment and a walk in closet for the master bedroom, in this way no space is taken away from the room so that it is comfortable and practical.
