Dear clent, hope you are doing well in this particular time.
I arrived in this solution because there are bearing walls, so i could not make to much changes. I just wanted to make useful the two open spaces that are salons now. So i removed the wall of the kitchen, also the kitchen i removed at the other side.
I divide one of the salon, in two sections, i put the kitchen wich is near the bathroom and the other section i used for a walking closet for the matrimonial bedroom. To make an open space for the living room and dining room i removed the kitchen wall, where in the two sides you will make some reinforcement for the beam. The beam we will hide with suspended ceiling. I organized a closet kitchen with a glass door-window. The best part of these organization is that the day are is separated from the night area.
I divert the laundry to have a clean hallway, also make a real bathroom, with shower. I find a corner for the study in the living room. I picked up some photos to give you some ideas how to renovate your home. Ichoose bright colors and comfortable.
