Our main goal in this plan was to create bright and open spaces in the apartment and windows and natural ventilation for all rooms
According to the original structure, we kept the separate entrance for the living room and the kitchen.
We allocated a part of the kitchen to the laundry room and children's bathroom, so that the cost of running your water pipes will be lower with the proximity of these parts.
In the laundry, we put a washing machine and dryer along with a sink and a long closet.
For the laundry, we considered two doors, one of which has access to the kitchen and the other to the bedrooms.
We designed the laundry room to provide direct access from the kitchen to the bedrooms.
In the kitchen, we planned an island counter and a dining table (if you wish, you can use your current round table instead of our designed table)
We planned a TV in the kitchen.
In the living room, we planned a dining table for 8-10 people along with a sitting area(If you wish, you can use your current white sofa).
We planned a wall for the TV and in it we planned a bio fireplace without a chimney and some closets.
We dedicated part of the current living room to the study room and gym and installed a new window for this area.
We tried to keep the dimensions of the current bathrooms constant to reduce costs.
We allocated the larger bathroom to the master bedroom and reserved the other bathroom for the guest.
We provided a walk in closet in all bedrooms.
We put the master room in a part that has access to the balcony.
We made two proposals for the flooring, in one proposal we considered marble flooring for the living room and kitchen, and laminate flooring for the bedrooms.
In the second plan, we considered laminate for all the floors.
