Hi, I hope that you like my idea, I put a private bathroom only for the bedroom of the parents and I made the laundry hidden just like you can appreciate at the photo, and tv furniture could be like at the image too, where you can put a fireplace below the tv in the living room. I made a ¨window¨ in the kitchen if you have in mind a reunion you can use that window because is a small kitchen bar. I quit the walls of the living room and the laundry's and that way you could get a larger room. I think that is better left the two existing bathrooms and the kitchen stay in the place that already are, because, if you moved the areas you gonna need move the tubings of the water and gas, and that gonna make a process of remodelation and it costs more expensive.
