The aim of the proposal is to create a new modern living room with an unique space dedicated to relax and with direct connection to the kitchen and the bedroom. Project can be described by the following principal points:
- ENTRANCE _ Entrance door is located along the wall which is in front of the large balcony window. This choice is taken to make the owner get in a luminous place completely separated from service areas such as bedroom and kitchen.
- LIVING _ Living area is characterized by a large library, made by custom white wood ( RAL 9010 Pure White Colours) next to the entrance door. This Library has many different places to put books or tools and has two cabinet: one for TV led furniture (such as dvd, stereo, blu-ray, playstation for example) the others on top for plants and flowers.
- EXISTING SOFA _ As requested by initial input the large corner sofa is kept. Its position invites people to sit in and do not create obstacle. Furniture colour and wall covering is chosen because its dark grey. Pillows could be replaced by new ones.
- EXISTING TABLE _ Large black table is kept in this proposal. It could be placed either in the living room, near the big window, or in the kitchen. Chairs are replaced with new comfortable ones, Kartell Masters by Philippe Starke in sage green.
- PARQUET _ Bianco Assoluto (Absolute White) is chosen by Listone Giordano Colletion. This colour gives much more light to every room and is taken to suggest elegance.
- KITCHEN _ Kitchen is a now separated by the living room, instead of the actual solution. A big wooden sliding door could link these two important places or separate. Thanks to its eleven squared mater area it can host the dining table .
- LAUNDRY / BATHROOM _ Laundry and service bathroom are in the same place of the actual proposal but with different proportions. Bathroom has new dimensions to host a big shower and a beautiful hanging cabinet in front of the entrance door. The filter allows to have a laundry area with a large wardrobe to gat washing machine and dryer.
- BEDROOM _ This room is kept as the initial situation, even the bathroom sliding door has no wall changes.
