La proposta pur senza andare a modificare la muratura offre un sistema di portali di arredo contenitivi con area office che riescono ad evidenziare le funzioni interne al grande ambiente living. Qui a partire dall’ingresso con comodo armadio appendiabiti si giunge in una prima area che fa da filtro tra l’area living, al bagno e alla cucina, quest’ultima tramite un pannello scorrevole può all’occorrenza essere completamente chiusa. Poiché l’area giorno presenta notevoli potenzialità si è pensato di rappresentare due soluzioni principali oltre ad una terza; la prima grazie all’inserimento dei portali sopra descritti offre la possibilità di avere una zona living con divano e tavolo fisso allungabile fino ad otto persone comode; la seconda soluzione invece grazie ad una pianta più libera dispone di zona living con divano più spazioso e tavolo in console modulare ed allungabile per ospitare fino a sette persone. Per quanto riguarda la cucina questa viene sempre proposta con area operativa lineare e penisola con area snack che può anche ospitare i fuochi con forno. Lo stile è caldo ed accogliente con toni generalmente neutri a contrasto con richiami più scuri e finiture che donano un tocco di colore. Il materiale principale impiegato è il legno oltre ai tessuti chiari che donano armonia all’ambiente.

Since the living area has considerable potential, it was decided to represent two main solutions in addition to a third; the first, thanks to the insertion of the portals described above, offers the possibility of having a living area with a sofa and a fixed table that can be extended up to eight comfortable people; the second solution instead, thanks to a freer plan, has a living area with a more spacious sofa and a modular and extendable console table to accommodate up to seven people. As far as the kitchen is concerned, this is always offered with a linear operating area and a peninsula with a snack area that can also house the burners with oven. The style is warm and welcoming with generally neutral tones in contrast with darker references and finishes that give a touch of colour. The main material used is wood in addition to light fabrics that give harmony to the environment.
