KITCHEN: The kitchen it is designed to meet the highest aesthetic and functional requirements requested by the purchaser. The minimalism is seen especially in the materials in neutral shades: oak for mobile, white bases in matt lacquer, the gray of the top concrete. To all this is added the extreme environmental capability thanks to strategic placement of worktops and furniture. An island for breakfast or quick lunches complete the space.
DINING AREA: The dining area is separated from the kitchen through the sliding doors that filter the two spaces, so as to give origin to a versatile environment (open / closed) that is suitable to the moments and needs of the day. You have chosen to characterize this environment through the use of a table with chairs and a hanging lamp, essential elements to allow a fully open fruition.
LIVING: The living area includes tv corner cashed and furniture customized for give free access to the porch. Complete the room a series of recessed spotlights in plasterboard which act as a marker for the outside.
STUDY: The study is equipped with a desk / bookcase and shelving full height (considering the small space). The wall on which insists the desk is glazed in order to allow the living room view and the staircase. The staircase is coated with resin cement and has a part entirely destined at library.
FOYER: The stair is equipped with a small library : with the addition of the furniture and the right lights becomes an ideal reading space.
MASTER BEDROOM: In the bedroom the bed insists on a wall completely covered in white bricks that, together with the white ceiling and brushed gray of the opposite wall create an environment suffused night and mild ideal for rest. A few designer furnishings complete the space. The dressing room has been fitted with full-height wardrobe systems that enable optimal organization of clothes. The attached bathroom reflects the style of the room with the use of brick to the wall and the wooden surface for the two circular basins.
KIDS BEDROOM: The bedroom with terrace has been designed taking into account the needs of the kids then, desk space (located so as to have sufficient natural light) made to measure and with plenty of space to support and library shelves, bed a square and a half and very large closet. All of this transforms this environment in a cheerful and sunny place. The terrace can become a place for the outdoor studio on warm spring days. The remaining room, destined to the boy, is furnished to similar requirements but more basic and functional.
BATHROOM: The bathroom has simple lines and colors desaturated (the resin gray on the walls and the cement tiles), the recessed shower and wash basin resting on a suspended wooden floor which plays a continuity with shelves towel.

CUCINA: La cucina è stata progettata per rispondere al massimo alle esigenze estetiche e funzionali richieste dal committente. Il minimalismo si esprime innanzitutto nei materiali dalle nuances neutre: il rovere per i mobili a colonna, il bianco delle basi in laccato opaco, il grigio del top in concrete. A tutto questo si aggiunge l'estrema funzionalità dell'ambiente grazie alla disposizione strategica dei piani da lavoro e dei mobili. Un'isola per la colazione o pranzi veloci completa lo spazio.
PRANZO: La zona pranzo è separata dalla cucina attraverso delle porte scorrevoli che filtrano i due spazi, in modo tale da dare origine ad un ambiente versatile (open/closed) che si adatti ai momenti e alle esigenze della giornata. Si è scelto di caratterizzare questo ambiente mediante l'utilizzo di un tavolo con sedie e una lampada a sospensione, elementi essenziali per permettere una fruizione completamente open dell'area.
LIVING: La zona living è composta da angolo tv incassato e mobilio su misura che lasciano libero l'accesso al portico. Completa la stanza una serie di faretti incassati nel cartongesso che fungono da segnapasso per l'esterno.
STUDIO: Lo studio è stato attrezzato con angolo scrivania/libreria e scaffalature a tutta altezza (considerato lo spazio esiguo). La parete su cui insiste la scrivania è vetrata in modo da permettere la vista del salone e della scala. Quest'ultima è rivestita in cemento resinato e presenta una parte interamente desinata a libreria.
FOYER: L'area di smonto della scala è stata attrezzata con una piccola libreria incassata: con l'aggiunta degli arredi e delle luci giuste diventa uno spazio di lettura ideale.
CAMERA PADRONALE: Nella camera matrimoniale il letto insiste su una parete rivestita completamente in mattoncini bianchi che, insieme al bianco del soffitto e al grigio spazzolato della parete opposta creano un ambiente notte soffuso e neutro ideale per il riposo. Pochi arredi di design (le sedute sottofinestra, la cassettiera) completano lo spazio. La cabina armadio è stato attrezzata con dei sistemi guardaroba a tutta altezza che consentono una ottimale organizzazione dei vestiti. Il bagno annesso riprende lo stile della camera con l'utilizzo del mattone per la parete dei sanitari e il piano d'appoggio in legno per i due lavabi circolari.
CAMERE DEI RAGAZZI: La camera da letto con terrazzo è stata progettata tenendo conto delle esigenze di una teenager dunque spazio scrivania (posizionato in modo da avere un'illuminazione naturale sufficiente) realizzato su misura e dotato di ampio spazio di appoggio e mensole libreria, letto da una piazza e mezza e armadio molto capiente. Il parato utilizzato trasforma questo ambiente in un posto allegro e solare. Il terrazzino può diventare un luogo per lo studio all'aperto nelle miti giornate primaverili. La rimanente camera, destinata al ragazzo, è arredata secondo esigenze simili ma più essenziale e funzionale.
BAGNO: Il bagno presenta linee essenziali e colori desaturati (il grigio della resina sulle pareti e delle cementine), la doccia incassata e il lavabo poggiato su un piano in legno sospeso che svolge una continuità con le mensole porta asciugamani.
