In this project, we tried not to change much of the exterior because we guess there will be a restriction in changing the exterior.
The change on the exterior is only to change one window into a door as access to the pool.
We put the pool in that area because we think it is the most private part, with easy access from the house.
The major change in the plan, is the change of stairs type.
I think with changes of stairs, you can also make the attic accessible from the corridor, not from the bedroom.
We propose to create a spiral staircase, with metal and wood material.
The other changes are minor, and we only change the partition wall, not the load-bearing wall since it will be hard to change the structure (not to mention, it will be expensive to change structure plan).
We put the kitchen in the largest room on the ground floor as you mention int he brief.
And we put the living room near the kitchen-dining area.
We put one bedroom on the ground floor, and the rest is on the first and attic.
