My proposal contemplates the demolition of the walls that interrupt the connection and fluidity of the kitchen spaces and the living room when removing these walls the space looks much wider and leaves a complete visual of the apartment improving lighting.
For the bathroom, the main modification is to replace the tub with a shower for this, the size of the door was reduced and ten centimeters moved at the wall, the access wall was extended 35 cm to be able to leave the switch.
In the proposal to achieve better lighting, the shower was left next to access and the sink is in the middle of the area to prevent the entry of natural light from being interrupted (a view of another bathroom of the bathroom is attached).
The main hall was extended taking the space that existed as a winery to generate a dressing room, allowing the main room to be wider to take advantage of existing poltrons.
The use of wood to give greater heat to space and the use of indirect lighting to complement the textures and colors of the wood.
