Dear client, thank you for your project, it was a pleasure to make this proposal for you. For your project I thought of reorganizing some spaces with respect to the previous plan provided by you. First of all, we decided to make a series of wall modifications to expand the space of the corridor and indirectly integrate the kitchen with the social area of the apartment. In the kitchen area we try to maintain sober colors that are combined with elegance and freshness to maintain a fresh and modern space. knowing one of the needs raised to have an auxiliary bar for breakfast and taking into account that the kitchen space is not so large, a retractable one is proposed that can be stored and used when desired, additionally in this area a new space destined as a clothes patio differentiated from the bathroom that is in that same place.
In the corridor area, due to the new amplitude that is generated on the corridor, we made the decision to create a visual finish, in this case generated by a library cabinet that will allow you to have a work space.
The area of the main room is where more intervention is generated, because a private bathroom is proposed accompanied by mixed dressing, which potentiates the space and integrates the entire room concept, the auxiliary room in which the gym will function does not receive any modification. maintains thanks to its double function.
