This design proposal seeks to generate a large living room integrating dining room and kitchen in the same space, with this type of modern distribution, people who use any of these areas can share their activities. The bathroom that is in this social area is contained in a volume closed by a hidden door, in this way the privacy of the bathroom is preserved without interfering in the activities of the living room, this volume also becomes a decorative element that it also helps to articulate the kitchen and the living room. In both bathrooms it is proposed to use a more modern and simple distribution of sanitary appliances, to optimize space and give a greater feeling of spaciousness and elegance. The bedroom corridor is used to house storage furniture, the main bedroom is equipped with a large closet and the secondary bedroom has a walking closet so that the limited space of this bedroom is better used. The laundry has a dryer, washing machine, sink, shelf space for walls and ends with a room for a pantry, to make way for the washer and dryer it is necessary to expand and move the doorway a little.
