Hi everyone, I have an attic of 50 square meters I would like to redistribute the interior to make it more functional to my needs. I am considering a redistribution of the interior spaces considering that I would like to rent it as soon as possible. Since this is an attic with a value of approximately 25,000 euros, I would not like to invest much in the works but to have a nice environment in proportion to the budget I have for the works which is 5,000 euros.
Instead of the gray wardrobe I would like to put a plasma and a fake brick wall. The white walk-in closet includes two walls, one of which will be a corner height of 290..I would like to keep it for when I move.

Hola a todos, tengo un ático de 50 metros cuadrados. Me gustaría redistribuir el interior para que sea más funcional a mis necesidades. Estoy considerando una redistribución de los espacios interiores teniendo en cuenta que me gustaría alquilarlo lo antes posible. Dado que este es un ático con un valor de 25,000 euros, no me gustaría invertir mucho en las obras, sino tener un ambiente agradable en proporción al presupuesto que tengo para las obras, que es de 5,000 euros. En lugar del armario gris, me gustaría poner un plasma y una pared de ladrillos falsos. El vestidor blanco incluye dos paredes, una de las cuales tendrá una altura de 2.90 m. Me gustaría conservarla para cuando me mude.

Salve a tutti,ho una mansarda di 50 mq vorrei ridistribuire gli interni per renderla più funzionale alle mie esigenze. Sto valutando una ridistribuzione degli spazi interni considerando che la vorrei affittare al piu presto. Trattandosi di una mansarda del valore di 25 000 euro circa non vorrei investirci piu di tanto nei lavori ma avere un ambiente comunque carino in proporzione al budget che ho per i lavori che è di 5 mila euro.
Al posto dell’armadio grigio vorrei mettere un plasma e una parete di finto mattone. La cabina armadio bianca comprende due pareti di cui un angolare come altezza sarà 290..mi piacerebbe farla stare per quando mi trasferisco.
