Il progetto si basa sull'ottimizzare gli spazi d'uso, limitando al minimo le opere murarie.Le finiture prevedono:per i pavimenti un gres porcellanato effetto parquet a listoni grandi sulla tonalità del grigio perla per tutta la casa.Per iL bagno in camera tonalità di pavimento in gres bianco e per il rivestimenti murari un grigio chiaro.Per il bagno principale pavimentazione in gres bicolore bianco e salmone, colore da ripetere sul rivestimento murario.Per la casa lascerei il bianco alle pareti ( dal layout non sembra molto luminosa) con qualche punta di rosso scuro nel salone, alternate da pannellature in legno wengè nero).Consiglierei porte a scomparsa per ottimizzare gli spazi.Per la distribuzione interna si è previsto di creare tramezzi per permettere appoggio di nuovi arredi.Nella cucina non è possibile la soluzione ad isola per la ridotta larghezza, ma è previsto un piano di appoggio/snack, che permette di pranzare senza dover ricorrere sempre al tavolo del salone.Esso poi è stato integrato ( o appoggiato) in una scaffalatura a misura , divisa in due parti da un tramezzo in cartongesso che delimita la zona pranzo dal mobile tv.( come materiale si può alternare il legno wengè nero al laccato bianco lucido mentre il tocco rosso è dato da una porzione di muro). La zona d'ingresso è stata modificata con inserimento di tramezzo che permette di inserire consolle ed è delineata da una controsoffittatura con faretti incassati che si ripete sagomata nel corridoio d'ingresso alla cucina fino ad illuminare anche lo snack( potrebbe continuare anche per tutto il perimetro della cucina). La stanza matrimoniale prevede la sagomatura del tramezzo per permettere l'inserimento del mobile studio attrezzato con il sistema letto posto su panca e con pannello schienale, sempre in wengè nero ed elementi laccati bianchi.La cabina armadio si compone di due ambienti: la zona d'ingresso con armadi in legno wengè distinta uomo/donna, tramite porta vetrata o arco (necessari per consentire passaggio luce naturale e aria) si accede alla zona scaffalatura/scarpiera.Per qualsiasi chiarimento resto a disposizione.
