Per la realizzazione del progetto si è deciso di realizzare un appartamento moderno sfruttando lo spazio disponibile effettuando interventi costruttivi nella struttura dell'edificio in modo che il restauro possa essere fatto velocemente e al minor costo possibile. l'edificio sarà ammodernato intonacando la facciata e dipingendola di bianco e sostituendo tutte le porte e le finestre con porte in vetro. I colori che verranno utilizzati sulla facciata saranno il bianco per le pareti e il nero per i telai delle porte e le grondaie. L'ingresso alla proprietà sarà realizzato attraverso il grande cancello che sarà diviso in 2 parti, una per le persone e l'altra per il parcheggio delle auto. Il cantiere avrà un parcheggio per 3 auto, un'area verde con prato e un ponte che gira intorno all'intero edificio. L'appartamento sarà organizzato in 2 zone. Zona giorno e notte. La zona giorno sarà un open space con un volume che occupa l'intero volume della parte terminale dell'edificio. Il soggiorno avrà una zona lounge con 2 divani e 2 poltrone. Ci sarà una facciata in vetro che può essere aperta per diventare uno spazio dentro e fuori durante i mesi estivi con un'area lounge esterna circondata da piante per creare intimità. La zona giorno avrà anche una zona pranzo con tavolo per 8 persone e ampia cucina con isola. Sul lato cucina sarà allestita una passeggiata in dispensa per la conservazione degli alimenti. Una scala porterà ad una stanza sopraelevata che servirà da studio o camera per gli ospiti quando necessario. Per la zona giorno sarà disponibile un wc composto da una zona wc separata e da una zona con 2 lavelli e zona lavanderia. La zona notte sarà composta da 2 camere da letto. La prima camera con 2 letti singoli avrà una cabina armadio e wc dedicati e la seconda camera che sarà matrimoniale avrà letti matrimoniali con angolo soggiorno con divano e tv. Questa stanza avrà un secondo livello che si raggiunge con una scala a chiocciola da utilizzare come ufficio o zona fango. La toilette della camera matrimoniale sarà complessa con 2 lavandini, un ampio armadio per riporre i panni, e la zona con doccia, vasca, wc e bidet. La camera matrimoniale avrà una facciata in vetro che conduce al cortile dove è collocata una vasca idromassaggio nello spazio più intimo della proprietà. Nell'area verde lungo il ponte sarà allestita un'area coperta da un pergolato che servirà da zona pranzo all'aperto e area lounge per ricevere amici e familiari. il verde giocherà un ruolo importante nella decorazione esterna separando visivamente gli spazi l'uno dall'altro.

The yard will have a parking lot for 3 cars, a green area with grass and a deck that goes around the whole building. The apartment will be organized in 2 areas. Day and night area. The day area will be an open space with a volume that occupies the entire volume of the end part of the building. The Living Room will have a lounge area with 2 sofas and 2 armchairs. There will be a glass facade that can be opened to become an in and out space during the summer months with an outdoor lounge area surrounded by plants to create intimacy. The living area will also have a dining area with table for 8 people and large kitchen with island. On the kitchen side will be a walk in pantry for food storage. A staircase will lead to an elevated room that will serve as a studio or guest room when needed. For the living area will be available a toilet consisting of a separate toilet area and an area with 2 sinks and laundry area. The night area will consist of 2 bedrooms. The first room with 2 single beds will have a dedicated walk in closet and toilet and the second room that will be matrimonial will have matrimonial beds with and lounge area with sofa and tv. This room will have a second level that is reached with a spiral staircase to be used as an office or mud area. The toilet of the matrimonial room will be complex with 2 sinks, a large closet to place clothes, and the area with shower, bath, toilet and bidet. The matrimonial room will have a glass facade that leads to the backyard where a jacuzzi is placed in the most intimate space of the property. In the green area along the deck will be an area covered by a pergola that will serve as an outdoor dining and lounge area to receive friends and family. greenery will play an important role in the exterior decoration by visually separating the spaces from each other.
