The project is based on exploiting the limitation of area and volume to configure a correct house, where the area is used to the maximum, to achieve comfortable and bright spaces. The house starts from a formal order of 4 quadrants, which are separated into pairs by the void of the "chiostrina" and the staircase. This allows in a single operation to grant privacy to the master bedroom, separating it from the social area, and at the same time generating an exterior image of a larger villa.

The projection of the stone walls on the south façade again fulfills 2 functions: on the one hand, to generate an image of a horizontal villa in the landscape, and on the other, to provide privacy to the buried patio of the house and the bathroom on the ground floor come down. To the north a loose wall in the landscape and a front porch define the gazebo area, while protecting the pool area from less favorable views of the lot (towards the gas station).

From the access to the south, for convenience and to take advantage of the change in speed of the neighborhood street, passing through the porch, crossing the entrance hall, the empty staircase and entering the living room, from where the entire outside social framed area is contemplated through the porches and the gazebo wall. The house is built as an architectural promenade of multiple experiences, which make one forget the initial limitation of area and volume.

Il progetto si basa sullo sfruttamento della limitazione di superficie e volume per configurare una casa corretta, dove l'area è utilizzata al massimo, per ottenere spazi confortevoli e luminosi. La casa parte da un ordine formale di 4 quadranti, che sono separati a coppie dal vuoto della chiostrina e dalla scala. Ciò consente in un'unica operazione di garantire privacy alla camera matrimoniale, separandola dall'area sociale, e al tempo stesso generando un'immagine esterna di una villa più ampia.

La proiezione dei muri in pietra sulla facciata sud svolge ancora 2 funzioni: da un lato, generare un'immagine di una villa orizzontale nel paesaggio, e dall'altro, fornire privacy al patio sepolto della casa e al bagno al piano terra scendi. A nord un muro sciolto nel paesaggio e un portico anteriore definiscono l'area del gazebo, proteggendo l'area della piscina dalle viste meno favorevoli del lotto (verso il distributore di benzina).

Dall'accesso a sud, per comodità e per sfruttare il cambio di velocità della strada di quartiere, passando per il portico, attraversando l'androne, la scala vuota ed entrando nel soggiorno, da dove si inquadra l'intera area sociale esterna. si contempla attraverso i portici e la parete del gazebo. La casa è costruita come un lungomare architettonico di molteplici esperienze, che fanno dimenticare l'iniziale limitazione di superficie e volume.
