We would like to renovate this house in a versatile manner. The house must be completely renovated, including floors and bathroom. It might be a holiday home for 4 persons or an apartment for a couple with a child. We like the open and bright spaces; for this reason we have indicated a wall to be removed. It must be made a kitchenette at the time not present, respecting the rules of having a disengagement from the kitchen or by changing the aperture of the bath. It might be possible to open a patio door leading to the garden.We would like a door that allows light to enter the hallway although armored.
