The main focus of the new floorplan proposal is the extension of the living room and the addition of another bedroom on the ground floor and the addition of a bathroom on the first floor. The proposal extended the house by using the porch area to add a new bathroom and laundry room while connecting the new bedroom to the whole house. The proposal swab the bedroom and kitchen on the ground floor to have better zoning of the house, keeping the common area connected in an axis. The proposal also added several new window openings to compensate for the changes done in the floor plan.
