Ciao caro cliente, come stai? Vorrei iniziare ringraziandovi per l'opportunità di partecipare a questo progetto. È stata una sfida eccellente, tenendo sempre conto delle vostre richieste e necessità. Sono stata molto felice del risultato finale e spero che piaccia anche a voi!
Entrando nella residenza abbiamo trovato un ambiente molto armonioso, integrato alla sala da pranzo e alla cucina.
Il soggiorno ha ricevuto un divano molto spazioso e accogliente, in modo che i residenti possano riunirsi e trascorrere insieme i momenti più belli. Accanto ad esso si trova un angolo bar, con una credenza contenente bevande, bicchieri e vini, che rende l'atmosfera molto sofisticata. Dietro il divano si trova una zona caffè, con una bella poltrona e un tavolino per libri e decorazioni, oltre a una bella lampada. A fare da apripista dal soggiorno alla sala da pranzo c'è un bellissimo biocamino, che può essere montato senza bisogno di una canna fumaria, dandoci la possibilità di posizionarlo nel posto migliore. In questo modo non solo rendiamo la stanza più elegante, ma anche più accogliente.
L'intero ambiente è impreziosito dalla vista sul mare, incorniciata dalle grandi porte del balcone ad arco.
La cucina ha un grande bancone, dove si trovano tutte le attrezzature necessarie in una vera cucina, posizionate nel miglior modo possibile e tenendo sempre conto dell'estetica dell'ambiente. Proprio accanto ad esso si trova un'isola con il lavello della cucina, che la rende ancora più bella e ricettiva. C'è anche il tavolo da pranzo, grande con 12 posti a sedere, in modo che la famiglia possa ricevere tranquillamente i propri ospiti.
Dall'intimo corridoio, la residenza dispone ancora di una toilette per i visitatori, di una lavanderia, di due camere da letto singole con relativo bagno, di una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno e cabina armadio, di una camera da letto per la cameriera con bagno e di un bellissimo balcone sul retro che è stato chiuso con vetri e una pergola per creare una bella zona relax.
Come ho detto all'inizio, è stata una sfida fantastica progettare questa casa, potete essere certi che ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per servirvi al meglio. Hello dear client, how are you? I would like to start by thanking you for the opportunity to participate in this project. It was an excellent challenge, always taking into account your requests and needs. I was very happy with the final result and I hope you like it too!
Upon entering the residence, we found a very harmonious environment, integrated with the dining room and kitchen.
The living room has received a very spacious and cozy sofa, so that residents can gather and spend the best moments together. Next to it is a bar area, with a sideboard containing drinks, glasses and wines, which makes the atmosphere very sophisticated. Behind the sofa is a coffee area, with a nice armchair and a coffee table for books and decorations, as well as a beautiful lamp. Leading the way from the living room to the dining room is a beautiful bio-fireplace, which can be mounted without the need for a chimney, giving us the opportunity to place it in the best place. In this way we not only make the room more elegant, but also more cozy.
The whole room is enhanced by the sea view, framed by the large arched balcony doors.
The kitchen has a large counter, where all the equipment needed in a real kitchen is located, positioned in the best possible way and always taking into account the aesthetics of the room. Right next to it is an island with the kitchen sink, making it even more beautiful and receptive. There is also the dining table, large with seating for 12, so that the family can quietly receive their guests.
From the intimate hallway, the residence still has a visitor's toilet, a laundry room, two single bedrooms with related bathrooms, a master bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet, a maid's room with bathroom, and a beautiful balcony in the back that has been enclosed with glass and a pergola to create a nice sitting area.
As I said at the beginning, it was a fantastic challenge to design this house, you can be sure that every detail was thought out to serve you best.
