After analyzing the current situation as well as your needs, considering that one of the issues that bothered you was noise pollution from the southeast and northwest, in order to be able to solve this problem, at first we tried to change the main entrance of the project and moved it to the entrance that was on the northwest side, and by creating an airlock space at the beginning of the entrance, which is both a shoe rack and a clothes rack, and by creating a door, we could separate the main space of the house from the entrance. It saves energy and reduces the noise pollution from the north-west part, and also in order to eliminate the noise pollution in the south-east, by moving the bathroom and the master bedroom to this part, we reduced the noise pollution and improved the space in terms of spatial circulation. In addition to these issues, we have used sound insulation in the east and west walls to solve this concern.
One of the other things that was mentioned both in the current status of the project and in your needs was the lack of space. By adding a patio to the interior space, in addition to creating an open and larger space, we tried to meet your wishes in terms of your favorite style.
From the points that I should mention, considering that the barbeque and summer guesthouse space is in the heart of the garden, it is suggested to install tent roofs that can be retracted to use this space.
