La proposta presentata offre la possibilità di avere ampi spazi ben fruibili in particolar modo nell’area giorno, qui a partire dall’ingresso si percepisce un senso di ampiezza e profondità con tutti gli accessi alla terrazza liberi per evidenziare il concetto di comunicazione tra interno ed esterno. L’area living con divani e poltrone si sviluppa su quattro lati come se fosse all’interno di una stanza ma senza pareti, questa zona è studiata appositamente per agevolare la comunicazione con gli ospiti nonché per guardare la tv. La zona cucina con isola e adiacente tavolo da pranzo viene proposta nella prima soluzione nell’area terminale del living in modo da essere più separata alla vista ma comunque vicina all’ampio tavolo da pranzo posto in terrazza; nella seconda soluzione invece la cucina trova spazio nella zona sinistra del living risultando più indipendente e con affaccio sulla terrazza. Nel grande armadio contenitore a tutta altezza utile per appendere gli abiti situato sulla parete di destra del living trovano spazio due porte a filo parete di cui una dà accesso al bagno giorno e una seconda dà accesso al reparto notte dove trovano spazio il bagno principale con doppio lavabo oltre a tutti i servizi necessari in un’abitazione di questo tipo; le due camere da letto di cui una impostata per essere la camera padronale con guardaroba e l’altra più versatile in modo da essere camera e allo stesso tempo studio.
La terrazza che si va a sviluppare lungo i due lati dell’appartamento viene studiata in modo da poter ospitare una serie di funzioni grazie all’inserimento di divanetti e lettini prendisole che identificano una zona relax esterna, ma anche il tavolo da pranzo con ulteriore cucina esterna riportata nella seconda soluzione in modo da offrire la possibilità di fare cene all’aperto.

The proposal presented offers the possibility of having large spaces that can be used well especially in the living area, here starting from the entrance one perceives a sense of breadth and depth with all the accesses to the terrace free to highlight the concept of communication between inside and external. The living area with sofas and armchairs develops on four sides as if it were inside a room but without walls, this area is specifically designed to facilitate communication with guests as well as to watch TV. The kitchen area with island and adjacent dining table is proposed in the first solution in the end area of the living room so as to be more separate from the view but still close to the large dining table on the terrace; in the second solution, however, the kitchen finds space in the left area of the living room, making it more independent and overlooking the terrace. In the large full-height storage closet useful for hanging clothes located on the right wall of the living room, there are two doors flush with the wall, one of which gives access to the day bathroom and a second one gives access to the night area where there is the main bathroom with double sink as well as all the necessary services in a house of this type; the two bedrooms, one of which is set up to be the master bedroom with wardrobe and the other more versatile so as to be a bedroom and study at the same time.
The terrace that develops along the two sides of the apartment is designed so as to be able to accommodate a series of functions thanks to the insertion of sofas and sun loungers that identify an outdoor relaxation area, but also the dining table with additional kitchen shown in the second solution in order to offer the possibility of having dinner outdoors.
