Here I made 2 floor plan design option:
- First option: this one is better if you want a very wide and open space for your living, dining, and kitchen area. If you intend to use a bigger sofa set or dining table for more than 6 seat, this layout plan will give you more flexibility to arrange larger furniture.
- Second option: if you prefer to have one additional bedroom (in total 4 bedroom) with nice enough space distribution for living-dining-kitchen area, you can choose this option.
Additional notes: For the service area (entrance from the back elevator), I also made 2 option you can choose from. The first include a small housekeeper's room. If you don't need it, you can make a larger mudroom or service area.
