Gentili clienti, il progetto che vi propongo nelle sue varianti soddisfa tutti i vostri bisogni e desideri. Lo spazio a disposizione è stato organizzato in modo da sfruttarlo al massimo con funzionalità e semplicità. Gli ambienti sono stati ridistribuiti tenendo conto della posizione degli scarichi che non sono stati spostati. Tutte le soluzioni hanno 4 stanze/camere oltre ad un'ampia zona giorno e un capiente ripostiglio. Tutte le soluzioni rispettano la normativa urbanistica nazionale per la superficie minima dei locali (14 mq camera matrimoniale, 9 mq camera singola e 7mq studio) e i rapporti aereo-illuminanti (1/8 della superficie).

Soluzione A: Il bagno secondario (con lavanderia) viene spostato a fianco dei due bagni padronali in modo da avere a disposizione gli attacchi degli impianti. La camera ospiti/studio ha due comode postazioni home office, molto utili se lavorate in smartworking. La presenza delle due porte in questa stanza permette di isolarsi dal resto della casa quando si ha bisogno di concentrazione o silenzio, mentre lasciandole entrambe aperte il locale diventa un estensione della zona giorno.

Soluzione B: Viene mantenuto il bagno secondario nella posizione degli scarichi attuali. In questa soluzione viene data prevalenza alla funzione ospiti della camera ospiti/studio. Il bagno è a servizio degli ospiti. La parete della camera ospiti/studio è vetrata, questo per illuminare il più possibile l'ingresso facendo passare la luce proveniente dalla finestra a sinistra della porta di ingresso. In questa soluzione la colonna lavanderia si trova all'interno del ripostiglio.

Soluzione C: Il WC/lavanderia è a servizio della zona giorno e degli ospiti. Questo bagno mantiene gli scarichi esistenti.

Solution A: The secondary bathroom (with laundry) is moved to the side of the two master bathrooms in order to have the system connections available. The guest room / study has two comfortable home office workstations, very useful if you work in smartworking. The presence of the two doors in this room allows you to isolate yourself from the rest of the house when you need concentration or silence, while leaving them open the room becomes an extension of the living area.

Solution B: The secondary bath is kept in the position of the current drains. In this solution, priority is given to the guest function of the guest room / study. The bathroom is at the service of the guests. The wall of the guest room / study is glazed, this is to illuminate the entrance as much as possible by passing the light coming from the window to the left of the entrance door. In this solution the laundry column is located inside the closet.

Solution C: The toilet / laundry is at the service of the living area and guests. This bathroom keeps the existing drains.
