The purpose of the project is to
reorganize the interior of the apartment creating a warm and
comfortable ambience, which makes feel at Home.
Entering the apartment you enter the
entrance hall, with a wardrobe, which creates a sort of filter
between the outside and the house. It is directly connected with the
living room which is "divided" into three areas: living
room with large sofa, TV area and a wall with shelves; cooking area;
a dining area with large dining table and showcase. The layout is
done in order to make the most of the natural light coming from the
window.
The master bedroom features a large
walk-in closet and an entrance hall with container ceiling: you take
advantage of the considerable height in order to have more usable
space for storing the bedding, suitcases, .... .
The guest room / studio is located near
the entrance of the apartment.
For the bathroom and laundry there are
two different layout:
1 - you have a bathroom with sink and
through the gates of opal glass is accessed by a part of the area
toilet / bidet and the other wide shower. The laundry room, in this
case, is a local in its own right.
2 - the laundry room also serves as a
ante-bath. Through it leads to the bathroom.
