We are very happy to participate in your contest.
Our main goal in this design was to create an open and bright house with functional spaces.
Due to the lack of windows in the house, our main challenge was to create bright spaces with access to light and natural ventilation.
We put the main parts of the house including the bedrooms and kitchen (along with the living and dining room) in a place where they have access to natural ventilation.
We planned the bathroom near the previous bathroom to have the least challenge to access the drain pipe.
We planned the kitchen in a place that, while being close to the bathroom (drainage pipe and water supply pipe), has good access to the terrace and the entrance of the house.
We proposed two plans, the difference of which is in the layout of the kitchen area.
We designed the living and dining area in an open manner.
We tried to design the house in an industrial style with bright colors.
