I am very happy to participate in your contest.
I first tried to create a separate entrance for both apartments by modifying the access staircase to the attic floor.
I modified the walls of the first floor a little so that I can have a suitable arrangement for furniture, especially beds, in the new rooms.
I did not change the location of the bathroom and kitchens so that the dirty water drain pipe is the same as the floors below.
I designed the walls of the attic floor in such a way that in the future, by changing the location of the bathroom door and installing a new door for the living room, two independent bedrooms with bathrooms can be created on that floor.
Considering the short height of the floors, I suggest you use light colors (white) for the ceiling.
