For the fulfillment of the order, a solution is proposed that aims to guarantee the requirements of the project, optimizing the space in a modern and functional way.
The proposal tries to generate connected and open spaces by eliminating the physical elements that segregate the uses of the property, while capturing as much natural light as possible and allowing cross ventilation.
For access to the property, a small hall is proposed, then there will be an open area made up of the day spaces, the dining room arranged directly to the facade and balcony of the building, adjoining a large island-type kitchen that will also allow you to enjoy breakfast and meals, a guest bathroom and laundry are also included. The room will integrate an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and will have direct access to the balcony.
To reduce costs and reuse resources, one of the walls of the current bathroom will be maintained to contain the hydraulic installations that will supply the wet core (kitchen, bathroom, laundry).
