On the left side upon entering, you will discover a spacious living area that seamlessly connects to a balcony, allowing you to relish the picturesque outdoor scenery. Adjacent to the living area, on the right side, a lounge area awaits. Complete with a substantial wall bookcase and a comfortable lounge chair, it provides an idyllic corner for quiet breaks accompanied by a good book. Moreover, the lounge area can be optionally transformed into a captivating piano corner for those with musical inclinations.
Conveniently adjoining the lounge area is the kitchen, equipped with a bar counter and a laundry section. The bar counter boasts a practical sink and a work table, allowing homeowners to serve drinks and engage in lively conversations simultaneously.
