The proposal that I have developed consists of merging modern architecture with rural architecture, creating a timeless design that is related to the environment. The renovation of the facade consists of building thicker walls around the eaves of the roof and covering the walls with wooden slats. I propose to paint the roof white so that the house is perceived as a single architectural volume. The outdoor area facing the lake was renovated by extending the roof, giving this space more prominence, allowing views to the lake to be channeled. The new construction is a simple but very beautiful design. They consist of many windows to give a rhythm to the facades and that at night when the lights are turned on it becomes an attractive effect. Functionally, the interior spaces are excellently distributed, meeting all the requirements that the client requests. One of the most surprising spaces in the house is the entrance, which is a double-height space with vegetation.
