A modern warm and bright style open space was asked, which integrate the living room, the kitchen and dining room in a selected space of the house to take advantage of its panoramic views.
The living room has enjoy the panoramic views and it has a ethanol fireplace located in the TV wall, which also serves as a small library.
This space was designed in warm light tones combined with touches of vibrant colors used in sofa, chairs, pillows, etc., leaving the neutrals for the cabinets and other furniture.
Natural materials as marble, quartzite and wood were used to create a natural and luxury atmosphere which combined with gold and silver metal give the space the modern and contemporary style that is wanted.
For the bedrooms I offer 2 different options for layout, both with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi + large shower, the children's bedrooms which have a shared bathroom and a laundry space were ubicated in two different locations depending the proposed alternative.
I took the liberty of creating a small desk in the distributor hall, and I propose you to create a mini art gallery in the entrance hall, covering the walls in wood as a support and background for art frames.
