Il piano del soggiorno sarà formato come un monolocale con 2 spazi, uno con letti matrimoniali per dormire e l'altro uno spazio salotto per guardare la TV o giocare in presenza di amici e familiari. La veranda d'ingresso sarà un ambiente importante della casa e avrà una zona lounge con divano e 2 poltrone, ci sarà una zona pranzo all'aperto. La superficie sarà coperta da una tenda motorizzata apribile e richiudibile con telecomando, la tenda avrà l'illuminazione integrata. Un elemento importante dell'arredamento esterno sarà il verde con vasi e pareti verdi. Particolare attenzione viene data alla scelta dei colori e dei materiali degli interni, i colori saranno aperti con contrasti in elementi speciali.
