After analyzing the project and the floor plan we came to the idea to keep the existing floor plan as it is just make little changes on walls position.
With this design we try to use minimal decorative elements on the design with simple and clean touches.
We designed the apartement in a way that will not look overwhelming and there is no clutter.
We have a large kitchen with islands and lots of storage areas, we place the washing machine and dryer in the kitchen next to the sink, we designed a large island area with seating for 4 to 6 people around.
We followed the modern style rules and use clean and simple lines for the elements, our design is calm and airy with no redundancy.Every little detail in this apartemant has a reason.
We have horizontal openings on the ceiling just above the entrance which goes to the front walll of the entrance and it uses for the led lights, which will be placed underneath of the gypsum board ceiling, which makes a visual entrance area and separates it from the entire living room, in living room we make the tv wall as a focal point, thats why we came outside about 20 cm of the existing wall and make an artificial wall which gives more importance to that area and also provides a sliding door which covers the existing back door and also has a decorative value.
we provide built in seating area next to the living room near the window with storage areas underneath.
The dining area is also simple we made a niche area for hanging pictures which will be hanged by metal ropes that will give more airy feeling to the space.
We use white and wood color for the furniture which also is a modern feeling materials and colors.
We maximally use the master bedroom walk in closet space and also provide a small working nook in the master bedroom which is separated with a wall.
The bathrooms also has been designed in a way that will have the storage areas as much as possible and in the same time will not be overwhelming.
Finally our design is simple

friendy and follows the modern and minimalistic design style rules.
We have an interior which will be calm and friendly for spending time, a wonderful place for family and friend gatherings.
