I sacrificed 1 bathroom, to have large good proper laundry room with some storage space and water. I think that good laundry is much worth than 1 single small bathroom.
I hope you will accept this and be happy with that. At least we are here not to follow your every word but to direct you in the right direction. However, you decide what you will accept.
Kids have 2nd bathroom, which is also use by guest. Guests will not sleep in double bed, but in 2 beds separate, which make nice small relax room over the day, for studying working, etc...and they are connected via internal connection.
Living room and kitchen...are large...you step inside via sliding door, which will be open for 99% of time, I guess.
Master bedroom has 2 closets, one walk-in, bigger, and 2nd one, classic, linear type.
In the hallway, near entrance door, you have small seat place, very good sometimes.
Also, there are a lot of storage space in the hallway, which is not too wide, but just enough.
Also, there is a plan, number 4, for dividing kids room, 2 new room will every thing they need in future teenage times...
