Gentile Committente, nella ridistribuzione degli ambienti , ho cercato di ridurre gli spazi di risulta del corridoio esistente, dando più spazio alle stanze e agli altri locali, serviti tutti dal disimpegno, evitando l’ingresso alle camere attraverso i locali di servizio. Seguendo le sue indicazioni ho ricavato una camera in più e un bagno di servizio. Quest’ultimo comunica con la lavanderia, il cui ingresso può comunque essere reso autonomo aprendo una porta sull’altro corridoio. La cucina è in un ambiente separato con ingresso di servizio ma comunicante, all’occorrenza, con la zona giorno, quest’ultima suddivisa in due aree: il salotto e la zona pranzo. Ho mantenuto lo studio nella posizione originaria e trasformato la stanza ad ovest, provvista di balcone, in camera padronale con cabina armadio e bagno.
La maggior parte degli arredi indicati sono stati sistemati tenendo conto dello stile e degli ambienti creati.

Dear customer, in the redistribution of the environments, I tried to reduce the spaces of the existing corridor, giving more space to the rooms and other locals , served all by the disengagement, avoiding the entrance to the rooms through the service locals . Following your demands, I obtained an additional bedroom and a service bathroom. The service bathroom communicate with the laundry, whose entrance can still be made autonomous by opening a door on the other corridor. The kitchen is in a separate room with a service entrance, but communicating, if necessary, with the living area, the latter divided into two areas: the sitting room and the dining area. I kept the studio in the original position and i have trasformed the west bedroom, with a balcony , in master bedroom, with walk-in closet and bathroom.
Most of the furnishings indicated, have been arranged, taking into account the style and environments created
