Please find my proposal below.
Some renovation keys:
1. I would keep the comfortable zone (where we can walk straight, clearance height at least 1.9m) for all the main area: Living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom.
2. I propose to put 2 bedrooms all face to the South for better sunlight and view, all bedrooms has windows. One master bedroom with walk in closet and ensuite bathroom (area = 18.2 sqm). And one single bed room (area = 9 sqm, minimum area require for a single bed layout).
3. the open area for living room, dining room and kitchen is spacious with fireplace. I propose the cut the roof in the East side for a terrace and glass window, skylight to have better sunlight for this area.
4. In 2 bathrooms, one have window. For the low part in the middle that hardly to use as the height clearance is low, we have laundry area and a storage.
5. For the ceiling I propose to keep the slope as current to maximize the clearance.
6. All the windows in the façade is kept the same.
7. For the architecture style, it is modern rustic.
